Beara Bramble

Beara Bramble

  • 2 measures of Beara Ocean Gin
  • ½ measure of Crème de Mûre
  • 1 measure of fresh lemon juice
  • ½ measure of sugar syrup (1:1)

Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass over fresh ice.
Float the Crème de Mûre on top.
Garnish with a blackberry or lemon twist.
