- 2 measures of Beara Ocean Gin
- ½ measure of Crème de Mûre
- 1 measure of fresh lemon juice
- ½ measure of sugar syrup (1:1)
Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass over fresh ice.
Float the Crème de Mûre on top.
Garnish with a blackberry or lemon twist.
