2 measures of Kinsale Atlantic Dry Mead
½ measure of honey syrup
½ measure of fresh lemon juice
Shaken and poured in a saucer cocktail glass with a lemon twist to garnish.

1 measure of Martini Rosso
Stir ingredients in a cocktail-mixing glass and serve over ice with a twist of orange to garnish.

½ measure of sugar syrup
Soda water to top up
Shake the first three ingredients with ice.

Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.
